Qualifications

• At least 5 years of executive support experience, preferably supporting senior executives in a global, matrixed organization.
• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-impact executive assistant support to the President, Global Data Center, managing calendars, travel, meetings, and communications across a global organization.
• Coordinate executive calendars, resolve conflicts, and prepare for key engagements across regions and senior stakeholders.
• Organize meetings, travel itineraries, visas or supporting documentation, and expense reporting.
• Prepare and quality-check executive correspondence, agendas, briefing materials, and meeting summaries.
• Support leadership team meetings, reviews, and strategic workshops with timely follow-through on actions.
