Meadowood Napa Valley is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the General Manager. This role coordinates the GM's calendar, travel arrangements, and daily office operations while liaising with guests, leadership, and departments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of administrative experience in hospitality, strong MS Office skills, and a bilingual ability (Spanish preferred). California driver’s license is required; compensation ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' administrative experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, Word.
• Bilingual; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager, coordinating calendar and travel.
• Prepare meeting minutes and manage communications with guests and staff.
• Coordinate cross-department projects and special events.
• Assist with office operations and vendor relationships.
