Job description

Executive Assistant to CRO at Primer (Washington DC).

Role Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CRO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow‑up.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CRO, including research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
  • Manage travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the CRO and team members.
  • Create, maintain, and organize critical documents, reports, and presentations with a focus on confidentiality and accessibility.
  • Design and structure impactful presentations and manage complex spreadsheets to monitor budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Use Salesforce.com to pull crucial reports and forecasting information and ensure accurate and timely data retrieval.
  • Perform data research on key federal initiatives or programs that may impact the business, providing insights to assist in achieving revenue goals and strategic objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Work closely with the CRO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, managing their calendar and sending invitations on behalf of the CRO.
  • Handle arrangements for CRO‑hosted company social events, including event planning and meal reservations.
  • Prioritize conflicting needs, using judgment and discretion to determine the urgency of issues and handle matters expeditiously.
  • Arrange corporate travel and trip agendas for the CRO, completing expense reports as needed.
  • Coordinate office supplies, manage vendor relationships, arrange in‑office meals for the team, and organize office layout and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, Salesforce.com and Lucidchart.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive and self‑motivated, with a strong attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Annual cash compensation range: US$90,000 to US$110,000.
