What You’ll Do

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to support our CEO, David Kleinhandler, in maximizing his impact across business development and investor relations. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives under pressure and has an exceptional ability to anticipate needs, manage complexity, and execute with precision. You’ll work directly with David to streamline his day, keep priorities on track, and create leverage in every interaction – freeing him to focus on growth and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize David’s calendar and inbox to protect strategic time and ensure responsiveness to key stakeholders.
  • Own meeting prep and follow-up by drafting briefs, logging action items, and ensuring timely next steps are completed.
  • Track all external interactions with leads, investors, and partners, and coordinate follow-up sequences to maintain momentum.
  • Maintain visibility into David’s priorities and deliverables, proactively managing tasks and shifting focus as needed.
  • Send weekly executive summaries with updates on meetings, follow-ups, completed work, and upcoming focus areas.
  • Book and manage all travel logistics, build detailed itineraries, and handle changes or cancellations as needed.
  • Keep documents, decks, notes, and shared files organized and easily accessible across platforms.
  • Filter inbound requests, enforce time protection, and act as a strategic gatekeeper.
  • Support special projects with light research, presentation prep, and hands-on execution as a force multiplier.

As required by the New York City Pay Transparency Law, the annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $85,000 base salary, plus variable compensation based on team revenue targets and agent recruitment milestones. The actual salary offered will be determined by factors including location, skills, qualifications, and experience. Employees may also be eligible for additional compensation including bonuses and equity.
