Job summary

United Bank in Griffin, GA seeks a full-time LOA/Assistant to the CEO to deliver Signature Service and provide loan services alongside executive support. The role coordinates loan documentation, due diligence, and loan closing activities while supporting the CEO’s administrative needs.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or banking experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan processing software.

Responsibilities

• Compile, prepare, and process loan file documentation for loan approval and closing.
• Organize loan documentation due diligence to prepare file for loan document preparation and loan closing
• Scans and indexes loan documents.
• Coordinate between loan department, officer and customer for loan system setup.
• Assist with inputting customer information and credit requests into processing software.
• Assist with the implementation of supporting docs folder for loan requests submitted to Credit Committee.
• Prepares loan tickets and disbursement of loan proceeds.
• Assist officers in clearing loan collateral, insurance or financial documentation exceptions.
• May assist with the construction inspection process.
• Builds and maintains productive relationships with coworkers and partners.
• Performs CSR duties as needed.
• Quality controls loan operations maintenance, especially ARC & participation loans.
• Greets customers on the 2nd floor, including guests of CEO & Mortgage Department.
• Assist Corporate Banking team and CEO with administrative tasks, scheduling, travel, mail, supplies, and meeting room calendars.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and banking regulations.
