Job summary

United Bank in Griffin, GA is seeking a LOA/Assistant to the CEO for a full-time position in Corporate Banking. This role delivers Signature Service while supporting loan processing and executive administration.

Responsibilities include compiling loan file documentation, coordinating with lenders and Credit Committee, and managing schedules, boardroom logistics, and related projects with attention to controls and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or banking experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and presentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and loan systems.

Responsibilities

• Compile, prepare, and process loan file documentation for approval and closing.
• Organize due diligence to prepare files for document preparation and closing.
• Scan and index loan documents.
• Serve as liaison between loan department, officers, and customers.
• Input customer information and credit requests into Loan Processing Software.
• Assist with supporting docs folder for loan requests to Credit Committee.
• Prepare loan tickets and disbursement of loan proceeds.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and applicable regulations.
• Back up to Portfolio Manager as needed.
