Executive Assistant to the CEO

Reports to : Chief Executive Officer

Overview

Peaks Healthcare Consulting is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level, proactive support to our CEO. This is a mission-critical role for a highly organized, forward-thinking individual who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable juggling a wide range of responsibilitiesfrom project coordination and government meeting logistics to strategic email oversight and personal errands.

The CEO is a visionary leader deeply involved in AI, technology, business innovation and hospitality as it relates to seniors and their care. This role requires someone who can not only manage logistics, but also act as a thought partner and strategic support resource to help execute his ideas and vision.

Key Responsibilities

CEO Enablement & Strategic Foresight

  • Understand and internalize the CEOs vision and strategic goals, acting as an extension of his priorities in daily execution.
  • Maintain full visibility into all projects, acquisitions, and business linestracking progress, identifying roadblocks, and reinforcing momentum.
  • Proactively prepare the CEO for meetings, travel, decisions, and next steps before he asks.
  • Be the anchor that ensures the CEO is consistently moving forward across all fronts.

Project & Initiative Oversight

  • Build and maintain project tracking systems across internal and external initiatives.
  • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to keep timelines, deliverables, and actions on track.
  • Act as the communication hub for projects in motionensuring the CEO always knows where things stand and what needs his attention next.

Executive Support & Scheduling

  • Manage and prioritize a complex calendar that reflects the CEOs strategic focus.
  • Coordinate meetings with key internal leaders, clients, investors, and government contacts.
  • Prepare materials and ensure the CEO is briefed with everything he needs for maximum impact.

Email Management & Communication

  • Own and manage the CEOs inbox, ensuring emails are organized, delegated, and followed up with diligence.
  • Draft and send professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
  • Ensure all email threads are actionable, responded to promptly, and aligned with broader objectives.
  • Our goal is to be an innovative leader in the future of Senior Healthcare & Hospitality. The CEO is working to implement transformative technology that improves how we assess, treat, and care for seniors in our communities. He is also developing visionary senior hospitality ventures that will empower seniors to live their best lives and see the world.
  • Support the CEOs engagement with AI and healthcare technology partnersresearch, coordinate, and help implement emerging solutions.
  • Stay current on tools and platforms that can enhance organizational efficiency, care quality, and the CEOs innovation agenda.

External Coordination & Government Relations

  • Handle outreach and follow-up with government offices, public partners, and external agencies.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure follow-through on high-priority external engagements.

Personal Assistance & Task Flexibility

  • Support with both professional and personal errands and logistics, maintaining a can-do, flexible attitude.
  • Embrace a no job too big or too small mindset to keep things running smoothly.

Compensation :

Salary range is $70k-$90k and will be commensurate with experience. A competitive benefits package is offered.
