Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to our Chief Technology Officer who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment. The ideal candidate is able to stay five steps ahead, manage priorities with finesse, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.


Responsibilities





  • Manage a complex, ever-changing calendar across multiple time zones.



  • Proactively coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure materials are organized and accessible.



  • Organize domestic and international travel including itineraries, accommodations, and special arrangements.



  • Draft and manage executive communications with professionalism and confidentiality.



  • Track action items and follow up with teams to ensure timely execution of key projects.



  • Support strategic initiatives by gathering information, conducting research, and preparing reports.



  • Liaise with key stakeholders across departments and assist in cross-functional collaboration.



  • Maintain discretion with sensitive information and apply sound judgment in all interactions.



  • Occasionally support virtual team-building activities, events, and leadership offsites.




Requirements





  • 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in technology or corporate environments.



  • Proven success managing busy calendars, inboxes, and complex travel in a remote setting.



  • Tech-savvy, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and virtual collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, or Teams.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable making decisions in fast-moving environments.



  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.



  • Strong relationship-building skills across levels and functions.



  • A calm, poised demeanor-even under pressure.



  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.


  • May involve occasional travel support for leadership offsites or customer events

  • Must be located in Eastern of Central Time Zones

Salary Range Disclosure


The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.


Salary Range


US Remote: $80-100,000 USD
