What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage and coordinate Managing Directors' calendars efficiently through Outlook
  • Handle travel arrangements, including planning and booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
  • Prepare and submit expense reports for Managing Directors using Concur
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and attending internal and client-facing events
  • Review and process vendor invoices to ensure timely and accurate payment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in Business Operations, preferably within consulting or professional services
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, and SharePoint
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility and a proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge and tackling changing priorities
