What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coordinate Managing Directors' calendars efficiently using Outlook
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Prepare and submit expense reports for Managing Directors, ensuring timely reconciliation
- Assist with planning and coordinating internal and client-facing events
- Review and process vendor invoices for timely and accurate payments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in Business Operations, preferably in consulting or professional services
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, and SharePoint
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support multiple executives
- Proven project management and time management skills
