What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coordinate Managing Directors' calendars efficiently through Outlook
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Prepare and submit expense reports using Concur, ensuring timely reconciliation of corporate credit card transactions
- Assist with client invoice and allocation processes as well as vendor invoice processing
- Help plan, coordinate, and attend internal or client-facing events as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in Business Operations, preferably within consulting or professional services
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in relevant field of study or equivalent experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, and SharePoint
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support multiple executives
- Proven project management and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
