Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Supports executive in staff capacity by handling administrative tasks of the office.
  • Interprets requests, helps implement action, and decides whether executive should be notified of important matters as needed.
  • Manage general administrative activities including travel arrangements, accommodations, expense reports, and meeting logistics.
  • Compose, modify and proofread correspondence, reports or presentations; prepare documents for departmental operations.
  • Maintain calendar daily and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings and related administrative needs, including scheduling and document circulation.
  • Represent team professionally and interface with staff at all levels.
  • Screen calls, relay messages, and provide information as needed.
  • Oversee office supplies and general clerical tasks.

A Day in the Life:

Supports executive in staff capacity by handling a wide variety of situations involving the administrativefunctions of the office that cannot be brought to the attention of the executive. Interprets requests, helpsimplement action, and decides whether executive should be notified of important or emergency mattersas needed.

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Manage general administrative activities such as arranging complex domestic and internationaltravel and accommodations, preparing, processing and reviewing expense reports, and arranginglogistics and catering for internal meetings on a cost efficient basis.
  • Compose, modify and proofread correspondence, reports or presentations. Design and preparegeneral correspondence, invitation letters, memos, meeting minutes, spreadsheets, presentations,agendas, reports special projects and other documents in support of departmental operations andobjectives.
  • Maintain calendar daily for optimum organization and time management. Working closely withthe team, this position is responsible for using discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding ofthe business and vocabulary, and a detailed knowledge of the operations, procedures and peopleto support the local team.
  • Handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisionsdirectly impacting the operations of the company
  • Coordinate management committee meetings and related administrative needs such as, meetingscheduling, logistical planning, preparing and circulating documents, capturing and chasing actionitems.
  • Represent team both internally and externally and interface with staff at all levels with the highestlevel of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
  • Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests bygathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.
  • In executive's absence, ensures that requests for action or information are relayed to theappropriate staff member.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics asrequired, order and maintain office supplies and oversee clerical tasks such as sorting, makingcopies, filing, scheduling meetings, sending invites and sending mail.
Who You Are:
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Communication,or similar field of study
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in executive assistant position, supporting C-class a plus

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$70,304 - $78,740 USD
