Based in Austin, TX, the position is full-time, non-exempt, with some remote/hybrid work and occasional travel between campuses.
SAFE Alliance seeks a Executive Assistant (Programs) for the Programs Administration in the Executive Office department. This position works with Co-Chief Program Officers to lead and manage special projects related to strengthening survivor-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed services across the agency, including follow-up on model of care and survivor recommendations and supporting execution of related initiatives, and supporting Operations and Facilities functions and projects. This position manages Co-CPOs' calendars and coordinates schedules, travel, logistics, and communications with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment, engagement, and timely follow-through on leadership and program priorities.

We are looking for one person to work on a full-time, non-exempt basis for an hourly salary of $27.00 to $32.00 dependent upon experience. The work location will be based at our new Community Shelter Campus in the Pecan Springs-Springdale area.This position will include some travel in the community or between campuses and will allow for some remote/hybrid work.
