Qualifications

• Dynamic, results-oriented educational leader with ability to implement school vision and goals.
• Master’s Degree or higher in educational administration or related field.
• Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Administrator’s certificate with applicable level endorsements.
• Three years leadership experience in public school education preferred.
• Three years of successful classroom teaching experience at the applicable level.
• Knowledge of best instructional practices, assessment, and data analysis.
• Understanding of differentiated instruction and positive behavioral interventions.
• Proven ability to communicate with parents, teachers and community.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Principal as the educational leader of the school and supervises staff.
• Promotes instructional practices responsive to student needs and provides instructional support.
• Lead school-based Professional Learning Communities and conduct staff evaluations.
• Foster positive school relationships and manage student discipline; coordinate duty rosters and supervision.
• Lead PBIS programming and weekly behavior/management meetings; ensure safety training and compliance.
