We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they surface, and brings exemplary communication skills to every interaction. This role requires a proactive, hands-on professional with a high-touch approach to supporting top-tier executives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-directed, and thrives on taking initiative. You'll be trusted with a broad range of responsibilities that span daily operations, executive personal support, internal communications, and project coordination. This isn't a task-by-task role—it's about owning outcomes, streamlining workflows, and keeping high-performing leaders focused on what matters most. Experience working in a remote or hybrid setup is essential, as is the ability to juggle shifting priorities with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset.

Qualifications :
Location : Fully Remote with ability to travel 1-2x a year. PST hours and flexible to work outside of "normal business hours"
Compensation : $75,000–$80,000 base + discretionary bonus
