You will own calendars and travel, anticipate needs, coordinate with investors and stakeholders, and implement processes that boost executive productivity. This role offers significant ownership in a fast-moving setting.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Experience supporting founders or C-level executives in startups or high-growth tech.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and proactive thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own calendars, travel schedules, and day-to-day logistics for senior executives.
• Anticipate needs, identify issues, and proactively solve problems.
• Support events, team offsites, and onboarding with the Employee Experience Manager.
• Build systems and processes to improve CTO workflow and effectiveness.
• Prepare executives for meetings with the right information and materials.
• Coordinate priorities across the leadership team and ensure follow-ups.
• Communicate with investors and high-profile stakeholders professionally.
• Partner with leadership on projects and special initiatives.
• Take ownership of high-priority projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows.
