Job Title: Executive Assistant, Office of the CEO

Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. This role is ideal for a polished and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is adept at managing both high-level executive functions and team coordination. The Executive Assistant will also manage and mentor a direct report, an Executive Support Coordinator, delegating tasks as appropriate to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO by anticipating needs, exercising sound judgment, and maintaining the utmost confidentiality across all matters
  • Provide daily administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, including but not limited to rolling calls, managing a high-volume and ever-changing calendar, coordinating complex domestic and international travel, submitting timely expense reports, and handling logistics for both internal and external engagements
  • Set up meeting spaces (in-person and/or virtual), track action items, and follow up as needed to ensure next steps are executed efficiently
  • Prepare briefing materials and decks for high-stakes internal and external meetings; manage incoming scripts, reports, and screenings
  • Provide comprehensive support for quarterly Board of Directors meetings, including preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and liaising with board members as needed
  • Maintain and regularly update the CEO’s contacts and communications with VIPs, partners, talent, agencies, and industry leaders
  • Work closely with the Assistant to the Vice Chairman to align on communications, scheduling, and team-wide priorities
  • Delegate and oversee tasks to the Executive Support Coordinator/Floater, including meeting prep, calendar maintenance, follow-ups, and document organization; provide guidance and mentorship to support their professional development
  • Ensure smooth operations of the CEO's office by streamlining administrative processes and improving workflow where possible
  • Be available after hours on an ad hoc basis for time-sensitive or urgent matters
  • Assist with select personal tasks for the CEO including, but not limited to, reservations, personal appointments, and travel planning
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in the entertainment, media, or talent management industries
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • MS Office Suite proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail, organizational abilities, and discretion
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize projects, and pivot quickly in a high-pressure environment
  • Aptitude to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities and personalities
  • Familiarity with entertainment industry workflows, agency/talent relations, and industry lingo, is a plus
Nice to Haves
  • Experience supporting executives within a studio, production company or talent agency
  • Passion for the entertainment industry and interest in supporting creative and strategic leadership
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior administrative staff
