- Pay: HK$24,675 to HK$29,195 per month
- Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle public enquires / feedback / complaints and liaise with hospitals/complainants on complaint matters via hotline, face-to-face, and email.
- Support public complaint handling for Patient Relations Officers and draft correspondences.
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, projects and assist in preparing documents, reports and compiling statistical data and prepare PowerPoints.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the day-to-day operations of the department.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements
- (i) University Graduates with experience; OR
- (ii) F.5 / S.5 with:
- (1) HKCEE 5 passes including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; or
- (2) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent
- AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant frontline experienceon handling hotline and face to face complaints from public
Preferred Attributes/Exposure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Hands-on experience in client communication and complaint service (including handling of enquiries received from complaint hotline and face-to-face, liaison with complainants and assisting in complaint investigation).
- Experience in coordinating meetings, writing meeting minutes, and holding events.
- Proficiency in PC applications, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
- Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- A good team player, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
