  • Prepare expense reports, maintain records, and support departmental administrative processes.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between executives, employees, board members, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects, surveys, governance initiatives, and organizational priorities.
  • Provide backup support to other officers and Executive Assistants as needed.

Position Summary

The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel while serving as a key partner in maintaining efficient executive and board operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

The position also supports governance, compliance, board administration, and special projects that contribute to the overall success of the organization.

This position is a hybrid role that combines remote and in-office work. The selected candidate must maintain an appropriate home office environment and be available to attend in-person meetings and events as business needs require.
