Job summary

Fauna Robotics, an Amazon company, seeks an Executive Assistant to deliver high-level support to senior leaders, manage complex calendars across time zones, and drive process improvements. Fauna is seeking a driven, strategic, and highly proactive Executive Assistant to provide executive support to senior leadership. This role will focus on keeping the organization’s leader and team organized, informed, and on task. High-level calendar management and scheduling will require extremely high standards and attention to detail, as well as great time management and organizational skills, and juggling multiple critical requests while proactively anticipating needs and driving improvements. High integrity, discretion with confidential information, and professionalism are essential. This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
