Job description

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster.

We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. The demand for AI compute is boundless, and power is a bottleneck. We're solving that — with an energy-first approach that makes AI infrastructure better for the world and faster for the people innovating with AI.

We're looking for problem-solving, opportunity-finding teammates with a sense of urgency, who believe in the scale of our ambition and thrive on a path not fully paved — people who want to grow their careers alongside a team of experts across energy, manufacturing, data center construction, and cloud services.

If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe.

About the Role:

The Executive Assistant, CTO (EA) will be responsible for directly supporting the Chief Technology Officer and multiple VP-level executives within the CTO’s organization of engineering, information technology, and security, with the primary executive being the CTO who reports directly to the CEO.

You will be expected to deeply embed with the organization to understand how it works from both a technology and people perspective in order to suggest operational changes that truly move the needle.

Support for these senior executives also consists of calendar management, expense management, booking domestic and international travel, and supporting organizational team meetings including but not limited to offsites, engineering events, leadership summits, and all-hands. Support of these senior executives also extend to coordination with their direct reports, such as managing communication channels (Slack, Google Groups) and team meeting cadences.

This role requires a dynamic, highly adaptable individual who can flex their approach based on the needs of each executive and the overall multi-faceted CTO organization. The EA must work fast, be responsive to internal and external stakeholders, anticipate the needs of the team, and seamlessly manage priorities in a constantly-evolving environment.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday in-office position based in San Francisco.

What You'll Be Working On:
  • Provide quality, timely, and detailed administrative support to the CTO and the CTO’s leadership team across engineering/information technology/security, including managing a complex calendar of meetings, processing expense reports, composing and preparing confidential correspondence, arranging travel, and ensuring stakeholder awareness in support of these activities.

  • Manage and support calendar coordination for your leader’s direct reports, ensuring alignment across team, cross-functional, and external meetings.

  • Thoughtfully manage scheduling requests to ensure effective time management for executives.

  • Improve internal and external meeting effectiveness by gathering and tracking key discussion topics, decisions, and action items to develop agendas, document meeting notes, and ensure follow-through.

  • Lead planning and execution of leadership offsites, CTO All-Hands, team events, and gatherings owning logistics, vendor coordination, agenda development, and on-site support.

  • Identify, design, and implement new processes and solutions to improve team collaboration, efficiency, productivity, and communication.

  • Work closely with other EAs to coordinate corporate travel, conference registrations, and office/company/industry-wide events and activities.

  • Perform occasional personal tasks and errands for leadership as needed.

  • Handle other clerical or administrative duties as assigned.

  • Be accessible and available during the traditional work week, with occasional flexibility outside standard hours for urgent matters.

What You'll Bring to the Team:
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative role at a global tech company, with direct EA experience supporting VP-level or above executives in the fields of Engineering, Information Technology, and Security.

  • You collaborate easily across teams. You work well with other EAs and stakeholders within Engineering, Product, Finance, and Workplace teams — building relationships to make things happen.

  • You have exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.

  • You exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.

  • You possess strong attention to detail—accuracy in numbers, logistics, and communication.

  • You have proven success in planning and executing team offsites, all-hands, or large-scale events.

  • You are proficient in Google Workspace – direct experience working with Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides and all of their interconnected features.
