Job summary

Jobtailor in Washington, DC is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Growth Officer to manage calendars, coordinate travel, and keep senior leadership on cadence with global teams.

You will prepare meeting materials, drive post-meeting execution, and exercise independent judgment to protect the CGO's time in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated drive, judgment, and coachability.
  • Strong written communication.
  • Fluency with modern productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Reliable, ready availability across Eastern Time.
  • Ability to travel on short notice.
  • Willingness to travel regularly domestically and occasionally internationally.
  • Experience supporting senior executives, coordinating across global teams, or operating in high-growth environments is a plus, not a prerequisite.
  • High-potential early-career candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CGO's calendar as a strategic asset, sequencing priorities across global time zones and protecting focus time
  • Capture meeting commitments, drive owners to resolution, and ensure complete follow-through
  • Prepare agendas, pre-reads, briefing materials, and drive post-meeting execution
  • Organize unstructured situations, develop recommendations with options, and execute decisions
  • Protect the CGO's time through independent judgment, including questioning or declining low-purpose meetings and requests
  • Plan and manage complex multi-city domestic and international travel, adapting to changing priorities
  • Coordinate logistics, cadences, and events for the CGO's team of approximately five senior leaders
  • Handle organizational, compensation, board-level, and personal matters with absolute discretion
  • Partner with executive operations, the CEO's office, and peer executive assistants to maintain the senior leadership cadence
