This role serves as a strategic business partner, managing complex executive operations. It requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests across internal and external stakeholders — all while proactively anticipating needs and driving improvements across the leadership team.

A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.

Key job responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, proactively identifying opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and driving operational excellence
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple executives across different time zones
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and new mechanisms
  • Coordinate and execute team activities, including staff meetings, all-teams, offsites, and team events
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Schedule & manage cost-effective travel, both domestic and international
  • Attend key meetings, track and help drive completion of key deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up on pending items
  • Create and submit expense reports while managing budget tracking
  • Partner with leaders to understand their priorities and build processes to enhance team effectiveness
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Build relationships and work collaboratively with Executive Assistants throughout the team and across the company
Basic Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
