  • Communication Skills: Strong professional communication abilities, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients, vendors, community partners, and internal team members.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and reduce workload on leadership.
  • Resourcefulness & Initiative: Ability to gather information, make recommendations, exercise sound judgment, and execute projects independently without requiring constant direction or supervision.
  • Event Management: Experience planning and organizing events, meetings, and community initiatives with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • Hospitality & Relationship Building: Ability to coordinate client appreciation initiatives, community events, and relationship‑building experiences with professionalism and care.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in managing administrative responsibilities, coordinating events, and supporting firm initiatives.
Why you should work here:
  • Professional Growth: Engage in meaningful work with direct access to firm leadership, fostering personal and professional development.
  • Impactful Role: Play a critical role in the firm’s success, enabling leadership to focus on high‑value activities and strategic growth.
