The Executive Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Winter Park, FL, providing comprehensive administrative support to the President & CEO, with secondary assitance to the staff and Board of Directors. This role manages calendars, schedules meetings, coordinates travel, and prepares expense reports to ensure smooth daily operations. The Executive Assistant drafts and edits correspondence, organizes documents, maintains records, and supports board and committee activities through meeting preparation, materials distribution, and follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities also include managing phone and email communications, greeting visitors, coordinating events and logistics, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, prioritizing tasks effectively, and representing the Foundation with professionalism and courtesy.
