We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high level of discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
  • Organize and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and tasks for the executives
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
  • Assist in planning and executing meetings, events, and off-site engagements
  • Handle expense reports, invoices, and other administrative processes
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a rapidly growing corporate environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and Slack
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
