Position Title: Executive Assistant 2 Business Unit: Finan Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for performing various administrative support services to ensure efficient office operations for the CFO of FNB Corp. The incumbent has prior experience supporting finance executives, can review and understand financial reports and is passionate about providing the highest quality of service to every customer. Time Management and attention to detail is critical in this position.

Primary Responsibilities: Performs various secretarial duties such as telephone and reception duties, scheduling and coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, typing reports and correspondence, editing work and maintaining the filing system, as well as finding ways to maximize time for the Chief Financial Officer. Serves as a liaison in relaying and exchanging information with leadership, employees, and external partners. Organizes and maintains a calendar of events and other meetings. Balances multiple priorities according to established policies and procedures, accurately and timely, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Able to effectively collaborate with other executive assistants in doing whatever it takes to complete the task at hand. Prepares agendas and minutes for various committees, maintains files for internal and regulatory users according to established policies and procedures, accurately, timely, completely and confidentially. Gathers data from departments, assembles and copies monthly reports assuring a professional appearance and distributes the presentation package to participants accurately and timely. Performs various administrative support and special project duties by acting on the request of management. Projects include gathering documentation to support the Quarterly Earnings, Stress Testing and Corporate Grant processes, amongst other ad hoc requests as assigned. Coordinates department moves, luncheons and events and balances multiple priorities using effective communication to achieve the established goal for each project. Administers various equipment and office functions, ensures equipment resources are maintained, encourages optimum utilization of hard and soft resources, proofs instructions when appropriate, recommends equipment replacements and upgrades to ensure productive use of equipment and software resources.
