Job Details: Job Location: Dogs Inc Main Campus - Palmetto, FL, Salary Range: Undisclosed, The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted strategic and operational partner to the CEO, providing high-level administrative, organizational, and stakeholder support while exercising independent judgment and maintaining strict confidentiality. Responsibilities: Manage CEO calendar and priorities Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and the board of directors, Mission Advancement Council, C‑Suite team, donors, and other key stakeholders. Prioritize, manage, and facilitate executive communications, using discretion to identify matters requiring immediate attention. Support the CEO in planning and execution of meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, and minutes. Coordinate executive scheduling, travel, meetings, and events. Conduct donor research and maintain accurate and timely records in Raiser’s Edge. Support fundraising, marketing, communications, and research initiatives as assigned. Assemble and maintain strategic plans and executive‑level records. Provide VIP campus tours and articulate the organization’s mission to donors, partners, and the public. Uphold the organization’s Code of Ethics and maintain strict confidentiality. Lead special projects as directed by the CEO. Qualifications: Minimum of five years of administrative or executive support experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least two years of college‑level coursework or equivalent required. Exceptional organizational, time management, and customer service skills. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database systems. Knowledge of nonprofit operations and board relations preferred.
