Job summary

Dogs Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant to partner with the CEO in a high-trust, confidential capacity. You will manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate board interactions, and support donor relations.

The role requires sharp organizational and communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and donor databases. You will also assist with meetings, travel, and events, contribute to fundraising and communications initiatives, and lead special projects as requested by the CEO.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of administrative or executive support experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least two years of college-level coursework or equivalent required.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO calendar and priorities.

  • Uphold the Code of Ethics and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Lead special projects as directed by the CEO.

Job description
