Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant in Shelton, CT, to provide proactive, high‑level administrative support to business leaders. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, prepare executive documents, and handle confidential information with discretion.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, superb organization, and strong communication. Local onsite work is required; compensation includes an hourly wage with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of administrative, executive support, office coordination, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting leaders in a professional business environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conference rooms, and support leadership priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and travel logistics.
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, organizational charts, and other business documents.
  • Process expense reports and reimbursements through company systems.
  • Organize meetings, capture notes, track action items, and support follow-up activities.
  • Create and maintain Microsoft Teams sites and collaboration tools.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Support special projects, departmental initiatives, and office operations as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

You Will

Location: This position is based onsite in Shelton, CT, and requires regular in-office presence to support business leaders and operations.

Compensation: The hourly wage range for this position is $29.00-$32.50 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements.

Sponsorship: Must be legally authorized to work in the US. Employer will not sponsor position for employment visa status now or in the future (ex. H-1B).
