Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conference rooms, and support leadership priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics.
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, org charts, and other business documents.
  • Process expense reports and reimbursements through company systems.
  • Organize meetings, capture notes, track action items, and support follow-up activities.
  • Create and maintain Microsoft Teams sites and collaboration tools.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Support special projects, departmental initiatives, and office operations as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

As an Executive Administrative Assistant at Pitney Bowes, you are a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You are skilled at managing multiple priorities, anticipating needs, and providing exceptional administrative support to business leaders. You excel at building relationships across all levels of the organization, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You Will
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conference rooms, and support leadership priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders or a leadership team.
  • Experience coordinating travel and managing expenses.
  • Experience using business systems and software applications to support administrative and operational processes.
Location

This position is based onsite in Shelton, CT, and requires regular in-office presence to support business leaders and operations.

Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $29.00-$32.50 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements.
