Job summary

Pitney Bowes in Shelton, CT is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide proactive, high‑level support to senior leaders in a fast‑paced setting.

You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare presentations, and handle confidential information with discretion, while ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of admin experience, strong Microsoft Office and Teams skills, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conference rooms, and support leadership priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics.
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, organizational charts, and other business documents.
  • Process expense reports and reimbursements through company systems.
  • Organize meetings, capture notes, track action items, and follow up on next steps.
  • Create and maintain Microsoft Teams sites and collaboration tools.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Support special projects, departmental initiatives, and office operations as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Actual compensation will be based on skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements.Sponsorship: Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
