The Executive Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of Grand River Hospital District Clinic locations. Supports clinic leadership by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and assisting with special projects to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can confidently support executive leadership, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with staff, providers, and the public. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, handling confidential information, and learning new technology and healthcare systems.
Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
