This is 1099 remote role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support. Day-to-day tasks include client project management, scheduling meetings, preparing client materials, and coordinating administrative activities to ensure smooth business operations. The role requires background in the Life Sciences industry, exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with a commitment to professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications
  • Proven abilities in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Experience preparing and handling client projects and documentation
  • Strong skills in Executive Support, including coordinating projects, maintaining confidentiality, and managing priorities
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
  • Professional demeanor, with the ability to work effectively with executives and teams
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
