The Executive Assistant provides exceptional administrative, logistical, and on-site support to the Executive Director and Leadership Team. This role is vital in enhancing productivity, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring seamless operations both internally and externally. Additionally, the Executive Assistant facilitates communication and coordination for the Board of Directors, ensuring efficient preparation and execution of key meetings and annual engagements.
This position requires high-level time management and organizational skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and a proactive, intuitive approach to managing priorities. Serving as the primary point of contact for the Executive Director, the Executive Assistant also acts as a liaison with the Board of Directors.
