The BridgeWay is a premier behavioral health facility in Arkansas, delivering compassionate care to patients and families. This role provides direct executive support to senior leaders, manages complex calendars, and prepares reports and presentations to enable efficient decision-making within a supportive team.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and experience supporting multiple executives.
This position reports to the CEO and is responsible for providing executive administrative support for the senior officers and executives of BridgeWay. Manages executive schedules and communications to ensure effective and efficient operations by analyzing activities, needs and coordinating support. Creates and drafts reports, letters, and presentations. Manages all aspects of meetings, medical staff and recruits. Manages contract database. Assists with complaints, assisting with resolving client/patient issues. Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone. Serves as first level of support primarily for the Senior Leaders. Manages the personnel charged with reception duties, assisting with emergency operations and development of policies, procedures and protocols related to communication throughout the facility.
