Integrity House is seeking an Executive Assistant to act as a strategic partner to our President & CEO. This on-site role in Newark, NJ will manage calendars, travel logistics, prepare executive communications, and support cross-functional operations.
The ideal candidate will handle confidential information with discretion, coordinate leadership meetings, and draft polished presentations. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years supporting C‑Suite executives are required.

Located on-site at our flagship campus in Newark, NJ, this critical role serves as the central hub of executive operations, internal and external communication and cross functional collaboration across the agency.
