Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Inclusively is partnering with a multinational communications company to hire a Executive Assistant. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings including conference rooms, attendees, and meeting materials.
  • Manage and coordinate domestic and international travel for executives. This will include complex travel arrangements across multiple countries.
  • Organize and submit expense reports for leadership and their team.
  • Assist with developing and reviewing documents such as presentations or various correspondence for thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, sorting, and distribution of mail, ordering supplies and other support as needed.
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Support department staff in assigned project-based work as needed.
  • Work closely with other members of the leadership and staff

  • 2+ years of experience

  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently and prioritize
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
