Job summary

Qualifications

  • Expense Management: Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and timely.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries.
  • Relationship Building: Develop collaborative relationships with internal and external constituencies.
  • Team Support: Cross-coverage and backup support for other EAs and leadership teams.
  • Project Assistance: Support ad hoc projects for the team and firm leadership.

This EA will be highly collaborative with a strong work ethic and the capacity to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.About the team:Investment Grade Private Credit is a rapidly growing area of the investment business that provides customized financing to high-quality borrowers outside of the public bond markets. The team partners across investment, research, and client functions to source and manage private credit investments for clients.RESPONSIBILITIESThe Executive Assistant will manage the overall daily support needs of Privates Investment team members:Calendar Management: Coordinate complex and proactive scheduling across multiple time zones for a global team.Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize logistics for internal and external meetings, offsites, and special events.Expense Management: Prepare and submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner, and review and approve expenses on behalf of the team.Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and accommodations.Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with multiple internal and external constituenciesTeam Support: Provide cross-coverage and backup support to other Executive Assistants and leadership teams as needed.Project Assistance: Support ad hoc projects for both the immediate team and broader firm leadership.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 3 – 5 years of experience in a complex, global professional environment; experience in the investment management industry will be viewed favorablyAdvanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote & PowerPoint) with an ability and desire to learn new technology to drive efficienciesWillingness to learn, use, and develop internal systems that help the functionOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills, plus high level of reliability, professionalism and discretionStrong service orientation and proactive problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilitiesFastidious detail orientation and overall work qualityAbility to work under deadlines and to accommodate last-minutes changesPositive, can-do attitude; flexibility; sense of humorUndergraduate degree with strong academic credentials preferredThe firm’s current hybrid working policy is minimum 4 days per week in officeNot sure you meet 100% of our qualifications?
