Job description

Lexi Westergard Design is seeking a talented and motivated executive assistant to support our founder and creative team. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a collaborative environment, and love keeping a fast-paced studio running smoothly, we want to hear from you.

We're a team of smart, creative women who take pride in our work while keeping a positive, uplifting atmosphere. Your contributions are valued, your growth is supported, and no two days look the same.

What This Role Actually Looks Like

This is not a quiet administrative position. Our studio operates at a high pace with real deadlines, and the environment shifts quickly - especially during install weeks and pre-travel periods. On those days, priorities change fast, and you will need to stay calm, organized, and two steps ahead without being asked.

You will be managing Lexi's world, not the design team's. That means her calendar, her inbox, her open tasks, her purchasing, her travel, and anything else that keeps her focused on running and growing the business. This role is a mix of executive and personal support -primarily executive work at the office, but overall, making Lexi's day easier is your responsibility.

The playbook is detailed, and the standards are high. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, find real satisfaction in invisible excellence, and genuinely love being the person who holds everything together behind the scenes - this role will energize you. If unpredictability stresses you out or you need a lot of direction to get started, this is probably not the right fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Lexi's calendar and inbox with precision and discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Keep track of Lexi's ongoing tasks and to-dos, helping prioritize what needs her attention.
  • Maintain organized records and digital files.
  • Oversee office tasks and personal errands, including occasional tasks at Lexi's home
  • Assist at project installs with travel out of state
  • Jump in where needed, as this is a hands-on role in a fast-paced creative environment.
Qualifications
  • Excellent written, verbal, and follow-up communication skills.
  • Able to juggle multiple deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities at once.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, task and project management tools, and learning new systems quickly.
  • Discreet, proactive, and a natural problem-solver
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel for out-of-state site visits and installs
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Phoenix area - the studio is located in Mesa.
Why Join Us

At Lexi Westergard Design, our studio culture is creative, supportive, and positive, with real opportunities for growth and mentorship. Each quarter, our team sets shared goals and celebrates our wins with rewards, plus insurance benefits.

We hold high standards and pay close attention to detail, which means feedback here is direct and frequent, not just at review time. If you're someone who wants to grow through clear, honest coaching rather than figuring it out alone, you'll thrive here.
