Outpostspace in Playa Vista is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our President. This role ensures calendars, travel, and communications run smoothly, enabling leadership focus on strategic priorities.
You’ll manage inboxes, draft emails, coordinate meetings, and prepare briefing materials. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, tech-fluent, and able to navigate fast-paced, cross-functional work.
Location: Playa Vista, California (in-person, five days per week)

You’ll be central to the flow of communication, planning, and execution, and your work will directly impact the pace and quality of leadership at the company.
