The Executive Assistant (EA) provides the Managing Partner (MP) with high-level administrative support. EA serves as a liaison for internal and external constituents (SeniorLeadership Team, Advisors, Teams, Staff, and Home Office) on leadership matters pertaining to the Network Office. As an integral, exceptional, successful member, the EA will use the following strategies/tactics: intuition, judgment, organizational knowledge, time-management skills, motivation, and personal leadership.
Responsibilities
- Anticipate the needs of the MP
- Directs and informs MP toward the highest best use of time
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks: manage exceptionally active calendar (personal andprofessional), develop/run a variety of reports, compose and prepare correspondence, arrange personaland professional travel plans

- Maintain standards of confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents
- Prepare all documents and coordinate all logistics for daily meetings
- Participate as an adjunct member and prepare all documents, coordinate all meeting logistics and providesummary/action/commitments for Executive Leadership Team and other Leadership meetings andoffsites

- Keep constituents informed of pending commitments, responsibilities, and follow-ups
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters in a timely fashion, proactively and follow through on projectsto completion
- Ensure MP licensing requirements are current and renewed annually
- Draft “Message from MP” email to all constituents on current month updates, production, and events
- Plan/Coordinate all logistics of all incentive dinners and retreats (Annual Meeting, Western Regional,Retreats)
- Handle any special projects as needed
- Collaborate on Philanthropy Committee and DEI effort
Results
- Along with MP, hold SLT members accountable to their annual goals (monthly timely posting of scorecard)
- Successful execution and management of events and budgets (at or below budget given)
- Ideal calendar management for MP (Proactive feedback from MP, implementation of systems)
- Strong Network Office Culture score (HO Culture Survey)
