Overview

StanCraft Companies is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the General Counsel. The role provides high-level administrative and organizational support, cross-functional project coordination, and proactive communication to ensure continuity, efficiency, and confidentiality across fast-paced and highly sensitive matters.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide advanced confidential administrative support to the General Counsel.
  • Draft, edit and format documents including letters, non-disclosure agreements, leases, memos, invoices, reports, presentations, and legal correspondence.
  • Take and distribute detailed meeting minutes and follow-up action items; organize and maintain meeting records.
  • Support special projects, including real estate development, entity formation, contracts and philanthropic initiatives.
  • Manage complex calendars, workflow, schedule meetings, communications, and coordinate across multiple business entities and executive stakeholders.
  • Prepare briefing materials for leadership in advance of key projects or meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and affiliates; ensure timely communication and action on key initiatives.
  • Trace and manage task lists, follow ups, and priorities to support the General Counsel\'s strategic responsibilities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion with legal, business and personnel matters.
  • Identify opportunities for improved systems and workflows; contribute to operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Review and prioritize incoming communications for the legal team, summarizing or distributing as appropriate.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience supporting executives or legal teams.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
