We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Franklin, TN. This role provides support to multiple Executives.
Maintaining daily schedules (internal/external meetings)
Generating correspondence and travel arrangements including domestic and international
Helping with routine inquiries and special projects as necessary.
Uses discretion and acts accordingly in confidential matters related to the department and company to maintain the integrity of the company and its employees.
Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.
