Job summary

Hunt Electric Corporation is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, and professional calendar coordination to support the President, CFO, and CPO, with potential additional executives.

You will manage calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and prepare reports while ensuring timely communication and meticulous record-keeping in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven similar experience directly assisting executive level teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, intermediate in Excel.
  • Display a high level of confidentiality in all business matters.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with heavy workload.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively while staying organized.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changes in priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents for meetings of the Management team and other stakeholders.
  • Schedule and maintain calendars and coordinate travel for the President, CFO, and CPO, with possible others on the executive team.
  • Coordinate internal and external Management meetings and provide support including scheduling, meal orders, minutes, and follow up.
  • Complete expense reports and/or credit card reconciliation.
  • Collect and communicate monthly financial reports and metrics.
  • Organize, maintain and retrieve corporate record files and reports.
  • Answer, filter and direct phone calls and visitors as necessary.
  • Open, sort, prioritize and distribute incoming mail, faxes, emails and other correspondence.
  • Track and provide feedback and recommendations on organizational continuous improvement efforts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Description: Role & Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role regularly uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, photocopiers and fax machines.

This position requires the ability to lift files and open file cabinets. Employees are frequently required to sit, stand, and occasionally required to bend, kneel, reach, stoop, or crouch.

This position may occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.

Pay Range: $66,560.00 - $92,160.00 Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
