Job summary

Old Republic Commercial Risk seeks an organized Executive Assistant to support a member of the Executive Leadership Team. This hybrid role in Blue Bell, PA, requires discreet handling of sensitive information, calendar management, and coordination of meetings and events.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of EA experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; experience in insurance is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Property Casualty Insurance industry is a plus. Prior experience supporting a Transformation or Information Technology Executive is also preferred.
  • Ability to handle pressure in a fast-moving environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and offer solutions.
  • Hybrid position to the Blue Bell, PA office location.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Track and assist with key projects and deadlines; provide updates and follow-through as needed.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget-related tasks.
  • Support planning and execution of executive events, meetings, or company offsites.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively offer solutions and support.
  • Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.
