About the Position:

This position is located in the Executive Office of the Detroit District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The incumbent serves as the Executive Assistant to the District Command Team.

Specialized Experience: To qualify applicants must possess 1 year of specialized experience at /or equivalent to the GS-11 level in federal service performing work that includes independently managing high-volume executive calendars, strategically prioritizing competing requests, and synthesizing complex operational data into comprehensive briefing materials for leadership. Planning and executing high-visibility internal and external events, to include orchestrating complex itineraries for distinguished visitors, executive-level meetings, and large-scale conferences, resolving complex administrative challenges by tasking subject matter experts and monitoring progress to ensure strict alignment with organizational goals. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
