Job summary

Saint Francis Healthcare System is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support designated members of the Executive Team. The role includes managing calendars, coordinating travel, updating policies, and preparing meeting minutes.

The position is full-time (80 hours per 2-week pay period) with typical hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and 3–5 years of EA experience in healthcare is ideal.

• Experience in hospital or health care setting preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
