You will partner with senior leaders, manage an evolving calendar across multiple time zones, coordinate travel, prepare executive materials, and protect confidential information in a fast-paced, high-profile setting. The role is on-site Tuesday–Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Boston, with interim sites in Pawtucket, RI.

The Executive Assistant to the President of Licensing & Entertainment serves as a trusted strategic partner, enabling executive effectiveness across a dynamic global business. This role goes well beyond calendar management, requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
The Executive Assistant will manage executive operations, coordinate cross-functional priorities, facilitate communication with senior leadership and external partners, and ensure seamless execution of business activities. Success in this role requires outstanding relationship management, attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to solving problems before they arise.
Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be on-site Tuesday-Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday-Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro's temporary location in Boston, MA
