About the Role

As our LegalSync Operations Catalyst, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our founder, partners, and teams in creative, data science, and campaign management. You’ll keep schedules on point, tasks aligned, and our nationwide campaigns firing on all cylinders to exceed our legal clients’ expectations. This is the perfect launchpad for a driven college student or recent grad to break into the fast-paced world of tech-driven legal advertising.

What You’ll Do

• Streamline schedules and travel for our founder and partners, ensuring seamless operations.
• Coordinate tasks across creative, data science, and campaign teams to drive high-impact legal ad campaigns.
• Prepare materials for client pitches, team meetings, or data-driven campaign reports tailored to the legal sector.
• Organize agency events, from strategy sessions to client showcases, amplifying our Austin-based, nationwide culture.
• Proactively anticipate needs and keep our growth phase on track to exceed partner expectations.

Who You Are

• Current college student or recent graduate eager to dive into tech, advertising, or the legal industry.
• A natural at organization with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or project management apps (e.g., Asana, Trello). Bonus if you’ve explored CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce!
